Hello everyone at Niconico!
It has come to our attention that since 4:00pm JST today (April 16th) the multi-language version of our site is not loading correctly due to unknown reasons. Rest assured that we are looking into the matter and will let everyone know when everything is up and running again.

We are receiving reports that some users are unable to toggle the language/territory from the video top page. Rest assured as we are currently remedying the issue.

The language/territory toggle feature is accessible from other portions of the site (Niconico top, My Page, etc.), so we ask that users please toggle the language/territory from those pages instead for the time being.

We have identified a system error in which some English version users cannot comment on certain live broadcasts.
