[Update] Access restored

Thank you for using niconico services.

A DDoS attack has occurred on November 2, around 9pm (JST) preventing users from accessing niconico services. 

In order to resolve this issue, select connections outside Japan have been temporarily disconnected,
but please note that the restrictions are already removed, access has been restored.
We are very sorry for the late notice.
Please note that should another network issue occur, connections may again be disconnected without a notice.
