It has come to our attention that since 4:00pm JST today (April 16th) the multi-language version of our site is not loading correctly due to unknown reasons. Rest assured that we are looking into the matter and will let everyone know when everything is up and running again.

* Note that setting the site language to Japanese will fix this issue for anyone still wanting to access the site in the meantime.
