We are receiving reports that some users are unable to toggle the language/territory from the video top page. Rest assured as we are currently remedying the issue.

The language/territory toggle feature is inaccessible from video top page when using Internet Explorer 8.

The language/territory toggle feature is accessible from other portions of the site (Niconico top, My Page, etc.), so we ask that users please toggle the language/territory from those pages instead for the time being.
