Niconico Services Restored

Dear Niconico Users,

We removed the restrictions, but please note that should another network issue occur, 
connections may again be disconnected without a notice.

A DDoS attack has occurred on October 29, 2018 restricting user access to niconico services. In order to resolve this issue, select connections outside of Japan have been temporarily disconnected. 

Please note that you may not be able to use niconico for the time being (If you are from the relevant area).

-Even if you are using from within Japan, you can not use niconico in the same way for communication that goes outside Japan.

-Some services and applications may be available as usual even for signal from the relevant area.

-Signal blocking function may be changed without notice.
